Our site may contain from time to time demonstration software. Any such software is not intended for any use other than to demonstrate some of the features of Inmatrix software. Inmatrix shall not in any event be liable for any loss of any kind arising in connection with the use of any of the software featured on our site.

The limit of personal information collected by Inmatrix will correspond directly with the services you choose to interact with on our site. Inmatrix clients and potential clients will be asked to provide contact details when updating, downloading, and registering our products. The use of this information is detailed below.
Direct marketing and your privacy.

Inmatrix collects contact details from our site, which is used for sales, support and marketing purposes. In this way we will only communicate the contact information of our existing client base to external organizations to provide sales, support, and training.

All materials presented in our site are owned by Matrix1 Pty Ltd, and are subject to our copyright. Use of the Inmatrix branding on other sites must be pre-approved. Links from external sites to Inmatrix should only target the main page.

Inmatrix can alter or remove client contact information, or release to the client all personal information at the client's request.
