Inmatrix Education provides both fundamental and advanced courses, in product training and implementation, so you and your staff can get the level of information you need.

Training involves a facilitator led session, with online, phone and email support systems offered for subsequent, ongoing advice and assistance. We also offer Web based and self paced learning alternatives. (see Learning Options).

 

Fundamentals:

Course 1- “Understanding Optimist and its usefulness in your Practice”

This introductory course is a must for all new Optimist users. All users have access to a PC and are required to have at least basic working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications.

Offering fundamental learning outcomes, this full day course provides all attendees with a thorough working knowledge of Optimist and KPI.

Financial and ratio analysis is covered briefly as a framework for the more intensive workshop to follow. Case studies are used to illustrate concepts and practical application of theory.

Advanced:

Course 2- “How to Implement Optimist in your Practice and deliver higher quality value added services”

This course is designed as a follow on from Course 1 "Understanding Optimist, and its usefulness in your Practice", and assumes that all participants have a thorough understanding of the workings of Optimist.

Whilst Optimist's basic features and functions will be reviewed, the majority of this full day session is designed to teach the professional accountant effective revenue generating techniques including; how to approach a strategic planning exercise, effectively analyzing financial statements, and locking clients into a regular performance review process.

Those to benefit most from this course are current Optimist users looking for innovative sales and marketing techniques proven to help grow practices and improve client satisfaction and retention.
